• Maintain an active email address, phone number, and valid payment account
• Comply with local laws regarding business registration, taxation, and product sales

As a Chylux seller, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Ensuring that all information in your seller profile, listings, and communications is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading
• Managing inventory levels to avoid overselling
• Handling orders promptly and maintaining a high level of customer service

You must ensure that:

• All listings accurately describe the product's title, description, condition, images, and price
• Products comply with Chylux's prohibited items list and all applicable safety, health, and labeling laws
• Images are genuine representations of the products and do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Counterfeit, fake, stolen, or misrepresented products are strictly forbidden

• Sellers are responsible for setting their product prices but must comply with fair market practices
• All prices must include applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified
• Payments for orders will be released to the seller after confirmation of delivery and any applicable return window
• Chylux may deduct commissions, transaction fees, or penalties as stated in our Seller Fee Schedule

Sellers must:

• Process and ship orders within the time stated in their listing
• Use reliable shipping methods that include tracking information
• Ensure packaging is secure and professional to prevent product damage
• Update order statuses accurately and promptly

• Sellers must honor Chylux's Return and Refund Policy
• Refunds must be processed promptly once a return is approved
• In cases of disputes, sellers are required to cooperate with Chylux's dispute resolution team
• Repeated disputes or unresolved complaints may affect your seller rating or account status

Chylux expects all sellers to conduct business with honesty and integrity. Sellers must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or transactions
• Spam or harass customers or other sellers
• Circumvent the Chylux payment system or conduct off-platform sales

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Complying with tax regulations in their jurisdiction
• Remitting any applicable sales or value-added tax (VAT)
• Maintaining necessary licenses, permits, or certificates for their business operations

Sellers must:

• Only sell products they own or are authorized to distribute
• Respect intellectual property laws and not list counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods
• Immediately remove listings that violate another party's rights

Chylux reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account if:

• The seller violates any Chylux policy or law
• There are repeated customer complaints or fraudulent activities
• False information or documentation is provided
• The seller engages in activities harmful to Chylux's reputation or users
